A Domestic Not-For-Profit Corporation incorporated under Section 402 of the Not-For-Profit Corporation Law of the State of New York, with the following purposes:
- To establish temples or maintain places or centers for religious worship and prayer in accordance with the customs of the Buddhist religion.
- To conduct and maintain services for divine worship and religious observances, in accordance with the Buddhist religion.
- To do any other act or thing incidental to or to be connected with the foregoing purposes or in advancement thereof.
- In furtherance of its corporate purposes, shall have all general powers enumerated in Section 202 of the Not-For-Profit Corporation Law, together with the power to solicit grants and contributions for corporate purposes.
