A Domestic Not-For-Profit Corporation incorporated under Section 402 of the Not-For-Profit Corporation Law of the State of New York, with the following purposes:

1. To establish temples or maintain places or centers for religious worship and prayer in accordance with the customs of the Buddhist religion.


2. To conduct and maintain services for divine worship and religious observances, in accordance with the Buddhist religion.


3. To do any other act or thing incidental to or to be connected with the foregoing purposes or in advancement thereof.


4. In furtherance of its corporate purposes, shall have all general powers enumerated in Section 202 of the Not-For-Profit Corporation Law, together with the power to solicit grants and contributions for corporate purposes.
